This March 2025, ADJV celebrated the achievements, contributions, and resilience of women by giving a pampering session to ADJV women employees.
ADJV likewise values diversity and promotes equal opportunity for all, recognizing the women who strive for equal job opportunities as men in construction projects. With this, two of the all-female parapet production team members were featured in the Women's Month newsletter and were similarly interviewed to share their unique stories about how they thrived in a male-dominated industry.
