We Revolutionize Your Future

The Malolos – Clark Railway Project (MCRP) is the second section of the Philippine Government’s new railway linking Tutuban in Manila with the International Airport at Clark City Pampanga. CP N-02 consists of the Civil Engineering and Building works for 15.5 km of precast segmental box girder bridge, one extradosed bridge (80m + 140m + 80m), three balanced cantilever bridges (2nos 50m + 70m + 50m and 1no 60m + 100m + 60m), one steel bridge (60m length) and approximately 350m of cast in-situ bridges. The elevated station is situated at the city of San Fernando.

Inner form installation (1st stage), installation of post-tensioning ducts, vertical ducts installation for tie rod, cookies for couplers, bolts for turnplate, pre-pour inspection, concrete pouring, applying of curing compound, cutting of strand, group cap installation, formworks cleaning inspection, grinding of installed formworks, and launching of form traveler.

At San Fernando station, steel columns are over halfway complete, which is a strong indicator that the primary vertical framework is stabilizing. Beams and secondary structures are still under one-third finished, meaning lateral support and load distribution are progressing but not yet advanced. And oof structure is at a similar stage to beams, suggesting that enclosure and weather protection are still in early phases.

North-South Commuter Railway Extension (NSCR-EX) Project

The piling team successfully completed 17 bored piles despite the challenges posed by narrow working spaces. Hacking works on pile P-663 are nearly finished, with final touches ongoing. Sheet pile driving activities are currently in progress at pile location P-661.

North-South Commuter Railway Extension (NSCR-EX) Project

The San Fernando station is transitioning from foundational works into visible superstructure development. Steel columns are 39.2 % erected, beams and secondary structures is currently at 11.29% with work ongoing and while roof structure installation has reached 16.67% showing early momentum in overhead works.

Launching Gantry 3 is nearing readiness for deployment, It will support the PSM erection activities in Zone 3 of the project.

Bored piling activities are at the fastest pace with three out of fifty-two bored piles already completed. Sheet pile driving and rebar cage fabrication are also in Work-in-Progress.
