The Malolos – Clark Railway Project (MCRP) is the second section of the Philippine Government’s new railway linking Tutuban in Manila with the International Airport at Clark City Pampanga. CP N-02 consists of the Civil Engineering and Building works for 15.5 km of precast segmental box girder bridge, one extradosed bridge (80m + 140m + 80m), three balanced cantilever bridges (2nos 50m + 70m + 50m and 1no 60m + 100m + 60m), one steel bridge (60m length) and approximately 350m of cast in-situ bridges. The elevated station is situated at the city of San Fernando.

At BR07, the team moved into rebar installation following the bottom slab concrete pouring, with internal survey alignment checks confirming structural accuracy as the project moves forward.
June 2026 San Fernando CP N-02: P-609 to P-611, Sta. 58+840 to Sta. 58+920 BR07 (CIS40-4 & CIS 50-4)
At San Fernando Station, crews are progressing with steel deck installation on the concourse level while ongoing dewatering and continuous backfilling support work in the foundation girder. Assembly of stair structural members is underway on the concourse landing framing, alongside pre-pour inspection, rebar de-rusting, re-bending, and covering at the foundation girder ground plaza, followed by concrete casting of the foundation girder. The team is also calibrating torque wrench machines for both final and snug bolt tightening to maintain quality control standards.
June 2026 San Fernando CP N-02: P-601 to P-605, Sta. 58+520 to Sta. 58+680 San Fernando Station
Significant progress was achieved at the San Fernando Station with the calibration of the torque wrench machine for bolt tightening works at the concourse, roof, and platform levels, along with beam dimensional and alignment checks. Racking precast panels and installation of shoring supports for the steel deck at the concourse level also moved forward smoothly, marking another positive step toward project completion.

Concrete casting has been successfully completed for the pile cap at the BR105 Main pier, which supports the extradosed bridge, a major component of the entire MCRP02 project. The massive pile cap features dimensions of 21.0m × 16.5m with a design depth of 3.7m, engineered to support the complex load distributions unique to this bridge type. This successful pour marks a significant technical milestone in stabilizing the substructure for the upcoming works.

North-South Commuter Railway Extension (NSCR-EX) Project
In San Fernando station superstructure updates. Steel columns are nearly closed out, marking a significant achievement. Beams and secondary structures are progressing steadily, while the roof structure is two‑thirds complete, positioning the project well for upcoming finishing works.
