ADJV Solar Streetlights Installation Project in Four Barangay; Brgy. San Agustine
& Brgy. Lourdes (City of San Fernando), Brgy. Moras Dela Paz, and
Brgy. Sto. Niño Sapa (Sto. Tomas)

Acciona-DL E&C JV (ADJV) installed twenty-four solar streetlights across four barangays: Brgy. Sto. Niño Sapa and Brgy. Moras Dela Paz in the municipality of Sto. Tomas, as well as Brgy. Lourdes and Brgy. San Augustin in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. To enhance security and deter crime, particularly at night, the barangay captains focused on darker areas in need of lighting. Additionally, Brgy. Sto. Niño selected locations for the solar streetlights at the back and front sides of Sapa Elementary School, which was one of the ADJV's school improvement beneficiaries last year. The installation took place from May 20 to 23, 2025.
