The Acciona-DL E&C Joint Venture (ADJV) has granted the request of Brgy. Sindalan in the City of San Fernando to clear the roads and remove accumulated waste from their temporary materials recovery facility (MRF), with assistance from the Earthworks/Substructure team’s equipment. This barangay facility is essential for recycling and processing biodegradable waste, acting as an intermediary in waste collection to reduce the volume of trash sent to landfills.

Additionally, on September 9, 2025, ADJV provided Brgy. Sindalan with a dump truck full of garden soil, following another request from the barangay. This soil will be used to enhance the quality of compost produced at the MRF from processed biodegradable waste. The compost will then be utilized for growing plants in the vicinity of the MRF.
