Thirty-Two (32) Water-Filled Plastic Barrier Turnover; City Public Order & Safety Coordinating Office (CPOSCO), City of San Fernando
On September 24, 2025, the Acciona-DL E&C Joint Venture (ADJV) delivered thirty-two (32) water-filled plastic barriers to the City of Public Order and Coordination Office (CPOSCO) in the City of San Fernando. These barriers were installed in Brgy. Lourdes, one of the barangays affected by the project, to enhance safety and manage traffic flow. By segregating traffic lanes, the barriers aim to protect pedestrians from moving vehicles.
Additionally, these barriers will significantly improve road safety by absorbing and redirecting impact energy, thereby reducing the severity of collisions, minimizing vehicle damage, and preventing serious injuries.
