Acciona-DL E&C Joint Venture (ADJV) facilitated a learnership program (through on-the-job training) to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enhancing students' readiness for the workforce. The training provided a practical, hands-on learning environment that complements their academic learning, while enhancing professional attitude, improving communication and teamwork skills, and understanding workplace dynamics. Four Civil Engineering students from Holy Cross College, Sta. Ana Pampanga, were assigned to Technical Office, Planning Department and Station team to be exposed in construction-related tasks for a period of 240 training hours each.
