On October 18, 2025, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Acciona-DL E&C JV (ADJV) conducted a medical mission with the Theme: “Strengthening Families through Health”. The mission --serving 300 beneficiaries from the resettled project-affected persons (PAPs) and indigent persons at Barangay Calulut in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga -- aimed to enroll non-active members of the community to PhilHealth in support of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act, provide accessible health screening services by offering free blood chemistry panels alongside medical consultation and provision of free medications in partnership with Philhealth Konsulta, deliver accessible and quality eye care by providing free vision screening and prescription lenses and raise awareness on oral health hygiene. Volunteers consisting of Barangay Health Workers (BHW) from Brgy. Calulut and private doctors also assisted the activity. Subsequently, the prescription eyeglasses for ninety-one (91) beneficiaries were distributed on November 13, 2025.
