Acciona-DL E&C JV granted the requests for assistance from barangays affected by the project alignment. For Brgy. Sindalan, the parking area and sidewalks of the barangay cemetery were cleared of waste and obstructions on October 18, 2025, in anticipation of the influx of public cemetery visitors during the celebration of All Souls’ Day. This is realized with the assistance of the batching plant, which lent its equipment for this purpose. On the other hand, Brgy. Lourdes’s drainage system was cleared on November 8, 2025, to remove accumulated waste, maintain proper water flow, prevent flooding, and safeguard the environment and public health. For Brgy. Calulut, ADJV donated fifty (50) chairs and five (5) tables that will be used for the distribution of educational assistance to the Grade 7 to 12 students within their barangay.
