On December 18, 2025, the Acciona-DL E&C Joint Venture (ADJV) held a lecture titled “Healing Forward—Mental Health Support for Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC)” for the thirty (30) case profile victims and survivors at the Women’s and Children’s Protection Center (WCPC) Facility in Brgy. Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The lecture aimed to provide comprehensive mental health and psychosocial support to VAWC survivors to assist with their recovery, empowerment, and reintegration into society. Professional psychiatrists from the Argao Health Inc. led the session. Additionally, ADJV distributed Noche Buena packages to the participants.

On the same day, five (5) units of fire extinguishers were turned over to the facility with the help of the Health & Safety team. These fire extinguishers will serve as the first line of defense against small, incipient fires, enhancing the facility's fire safety preparedness.
