The Acciona-DL E&C Joint Venture of MCRP, Contract Package 2, granted the request of Barangays Sindalan and Malpitic in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. With assistance from the batching plant team, a roadway decluttering and grubbing operation was conducted in Brgy. Sindalan on March 4, 2026, while the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) of Brgy. Malpitic was weeded out and cleared on the next day.
