In September 2026, the MCRP, CP-N02 project reached a defining moment with the completion of substructure works on the extradosed bridge, a huge milestone that sets the stage for the superstructure phase. Capping off the substructure, the team extracted the 24m Type IV sheet piles on the east side and stored them for safekeeping, while the newly cast pier column was cleaned of laitance at the construction joint and cured through water ponding and sprinkling.
