ACCIONA-DL E&C JV responded to requests for assistance from two (2) barangays in Sto. Tomas and one barangay in the City of San Fernando that were affected by the project alignment. For Brgy. Sindalan, the area surrounding the barangay mortuary, was cleared of waste and obstructions on August 26 and 27, 2026, with help from the batching plant, which provided equipment for the clearing activity.

On August 7, 2026, five (5) wheelbarrows and two (2) grass cutters were donated to Brgy. San Matias, Sto. Tomas, which facilitated the maintenance of cleanliness in the barangay.

Additionally, on July 31, 2026, Brgy. Sto. Niño Sapa, Sto. Tomas received one filing cabinet, one water dispenser, office supplies, and printer ink. According to barangay officials, these donations have been extremely beneficial for their daily operations.
