As part of its continuing commitment to promote employee health and well-being, the ADJV conducted a Health Talk on Work Stress and Burnout on September 9, 2026. The session aimed to increase awareness of how prolonged workplace stress can affect employees’ physical health, mental well-being, work performance, and overall safety.
During the discussion, workers were introduced to common signs of work-related stress and burnout, including persistent fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, reduced motivation, sleep disturbances, and declining work performance. The importance of recognizing these warning signs early and seeking appropriate support was emphasized.
The Health Talk also highlighted practical strategies for managing stress, such as maintaining adequate rest and sleep, taking appropriate breaks, communicating concerns early, maintaining healthy routines, and reaching out to supervisors, colleagues, or the Medical Team when support is needed.
