In the pursuit to increase the presence of women and vulnerable groups in the construction industry, ADJV started a program to integrate women and vulnerable groups in construction production activities.
The integration of women in the construction industry and most especially in production leads to empowerment that everything is possible in equality. As shown in the picture, the first segment of more than 6000 segments was completed by a group of female workers and a vulnerable group comprised of form workers, welders, and steel workers. #Salute for Equality
