ADJV Solar Streetlights Installation Project; Four Pilot Barangays​

Four pilot project-affected barangays were the beneficiaries of the solar lights installation project. These barangays are San Nicolas, Sto. Niño and San Pedro Cutud in City of San Fernando and Lourdes in Minalin. Twenty-four (24) solar streetlights were installed in these barangays. Target areas chosen by the Barangay Captains are dim locations, where lights are mostly needed to deter crimes and improve security. For barangay, San Nicolas, the area selected is a community with limited access to grid electricity. The lights were installed on June 13, 20, 21, and 24 at each beneficiary barangay.
