The Malolos – Clark Railway Project (MCRP) is the second section of the Philippine Government’s new railway linking Tutuban in Manila with the International Airport at Clark City Pampanga. CP N-02 consists of the Civil Engineering and Building works for 15.5 km of precast segmental box girder bridge, one extradosed bridge (80m + 140m + 80m), three balanced cantilever bridges (2nos 50m + 70m + 50m and 1no 60m + 100m + 60m), one steel bridge (60m length) and approximately 350m of cast in-situ bridges. The elevated station is situated at the city of San Fernando.

After several months of slow productivity, the Launching Gantry 1 achieves full speed on segment erection for the PSM bridge at span P-489 – P-490, in a cycle of 5 days per 40 m span including, lifting of segments, alignment, stitching, stressing in 2 stages, and tendon grouting.

On the 23rd of October the Precast Yard from Pack N02 will cast the last of the 6.186 total number of segments that completes the project. This Milestone supposes the completion of the Prefabricated Segments of the project after nearly 4 years of hard work on the Precast Team and the rest of ADJV Team.
CP N-02: P-766 TO P-787, Sta. 65+510 to Sta. 65+940 San Fernando 23-October-2024

Completion of the Balance Cantilever Bridge BR104 over the Pambaling River, proceeding with the casting of the main span closure segment. The first bridge completely built on the project by now, with a main span of 90 m and a total length of 230 m.

Precast segments rebar fabrication and mold assembly, offloading, lifting, and stacking of casted viaduct segments, equipment, and materials at the Precast Yard, and housekeeping.

Continuous pile hacking of station bored piles and removal of hacked materials.
