On November 30, 2024, simultaneous with the celebration of Bonifacio Day, the DOTr Oplan Konsultasyon was held. This is the spin-off of the medical and optical assistance given by ADJV to the residents of Brgy. San Matias, Sto. Tomas last August 2024. This time, the relocated project-affected persons at Bondoc Ville, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga were the recipients of free medical check-up, prescription and non-prescription medicines, lectures on proper oral hygiene (children), and reading eyeglasses (adults).
