A competition made of happiness, collaboration, teambuilding and excitement of each employee per department to light up the spirit of Christmas is an engagement program with festive holiday themed. The goal is to create the most visually impressive, creative and festive setup, often featuring recyclable materials to show how the world celebrates this one-in-a-year event. Each department showed their artistry, creativeness, and team effort and came up to their masterpiece that was judged and awarded by the Management. Winners were identified during the Year End Party and the Champion will reign until next year's competition.
